About Us

Welcome to our little corner of the world. HVAC means everything associated with the heating, cooling and air exchange in your home or business. HVACpartstore.com is owned by myself and my wife Lise. Our store, offices and main warehouse are located at 21 2nd Ave NW, Aberdeen, South Dakota 57401. We may also ship from warehouses in other parts of the country if it means quicker service to you. Most all orders received by 4pm CST are shipped the same day, and we do offer overnight weekday delivery.

History

Every new part we sell is backed by our industry-leading 18 month warranty. If you buy a part from us and it fails within 18 months, we'll send you an immediate replacement. You deal directly with us on all warranties, not the manufacturer or some other third party (see below for info on starting a warranty claim).

We are an independent seller of HVAC parts. We buy from major wholesalers across the country. We are not a specific dealer for any brand; therefore, we have no restrictions on whom we sell to and are under no obligation to charge high dealer prices.

If you ever have a problem with an order, contact us directly as nobody resolves problems better than us. We've been in business for 15 years, and you're gonna just love us!
