Remove screws that hold the pilot\u003cbr\u003eassembly mount to the burners.\u003cbr\u003e3. Unscrew pilot tubing nut on gas valve and then lift entire pilot\u003cbr\u003eassembly out. Pull high voltage lead out of the electrode.\u003cbr\u003e4. Unscrew the pilot tubing nut on pilot assembly end and remove.\u003cbr\u003e5. Take the new 3 wire pilot and either mount the old electrode in it\u003cbr\u003eor if you've purchased a new electrode, slide that on and tighten\u003cbr\u003esingle screw.\u003cbr\u003e6. Screw pilot tubing nut back on the new pilot and tighten.\u003cbr\u003e7. Put the high voltage lead back on the electrode and remount the\u003cbr\u003epilot assembly with the 2 screws taken out earlier.\u003cbr\u003e8. Tighten the pilot tubing back on the gas valve and hook up the\u003cbr\u003ewiring harness.\u003cbr\u003e9.
