Backorder & Availability Policy

Effective immediately, we no longer place backorders with the factory or manufacturer. All orders must be able to ship from our warehouse or directly from the vendor within 4 business days.

✔️ No Backorders

If a part is not available to ship within 4 business days, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

✔️ Automatic Notification

If your order is canceled due to lack of availability, we will email you as soon as the part becomes available for shipping. At that time, you may place a new order if you still need the item.

✔️ What This Means for You

When you place an order, you will only be charged for parts that can ship quickly. If a part is temporarily unavailable, you will be refunded and notified the moment it is ready to ship again.
