Refund & Return Policy
Return Authorization
All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Email your order number and reason for return to aberdeenrvparts@gmail.com before sending anything back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If HVAC PART STORE LLC provides a prepaid return label, the cost of that label will be deducted from the refund. Parts must be returned to the warehouse they originally shipped from.
Condition of Returned Parts
Returned parts must be new, in the original packaging, unused, uninstalled, and never hooked up. All returned items go through testing and inspection before a refund can be issued. If a part shows signs of installation, use, or damage, it will not qualify for a refund.
Return & Exchange Period
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Products with a 1‑year exchange warranty are eligible for replacement if they fail within the first year.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items. This fee covers labor, packaging, processing, and inspection costs.
Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
- If cancellation is possible before shipment, a maximum $20 cancellation fee applies.
- If the order has already shipped, it becomes a return and is subject to the 20% restocking fee.
- Compressors: Cancellations incur a 35% fee and compressors are not returnable.

Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the returned item passes inspection. If a refund appears delayed, contact aberdeenrvparts@gmail.com
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for defective or damaged items. Email us with your order number and photos of the issue to begin the exchange process.
Shipping Returns
Ship returns to the warehouse listed on your packing slip. If unsure, contact us for confirmation.

Using a traceable shipping service and shipping insurance is recommended for items over $50. Damaged returns cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Safety & Liability
Our parts are intended for installation by licensed HVAC technicians. HVAC PART STORE LLC is not liable for damage, injury, or equipment failure resulting from improper installation. We reserve the right to refuse sales if we believe a customer may not be able to safely install the part.
