Technician Notes

• Inspect vacuum tubing and fittings; replace hardened or cracked hoses to prevent misreads.

• Mount the switch bracket securely and torque all fittings per manufacturer specs.

• Verify switch actuation by applying a controlled vacuum (–0.20″ W.C.); listen for a distinct “click.”

• After installation, run multiple start/stop cycles to confirm consistent inducer cutoff and ignition.

• Use a digital manometer to validate 0.20″ W.C. trip point under live inducer load.

Also referred to as a combustion air switch or draft proving switch. Closes at -0.20" of wc when the combustion/booster motor is running. Please note that this is the replacement for the 632332. We realize that it doesn't look the same, and that the plug on some wires may need reworked, and that the wc is not -0.35". However, Nordyne says this is the replacement as the 632332 is no longer manufactured.
