The Suburban 232504 Limit Switch (L160‑40F) is the OEM high‑temperature safety cutoff used in Suburban SF‑Series RV furnaces. This snap‑disc switch opens at 160°F to prevent overheating and automatically resets after cooling by 40°F.

Designed for reliability in high‑heat environments, the 232504 protects the furnace heat exchanger, blower compartment, and burner assembly from unsafe operating temperatures. It installs on the front panel of the furnace using the standard two‑screw mounting pattern.
