Compatibility
Fits Nordyne, Nordyne Miller, Intertherm, and private-label gas furnaces originally equipped with a dual pressure switch requiring –0.73" WC vacuum and 0.43" WC positive pressure verification. Always confirm the furnace’s data‐plate requirements before ordering.
Technician Notes
-
De-energize all power and shut off the gas supply before servicing.
-
Remove the access panel to expose the existing pressure switch.
-
Photograph or label the vacuum and pressure tubing routing as well as spade terminal connections.
-
Depress the mounting bracket tab to release the old switch; disconnect tubing and spade leads.
-
Install the new 632515R by snapping it into the bracket, pushing tubing onto the 1/4" barb, and reconnecting the spade terminals.
-
Restore power and initiate a heat call; verify the switch closes near –0.73" WC on inducer startup and opens at 0.43" WC positive pressure.
-
Use a manometer to confirm actuation accuracy and check for any tubing leaks or kinks that could cause false readings.
