Technician Notes

De-energize all power and lock out/tag out control circuits before servicing.

Remove the access panel to expose the existing pressure switch.

Label or photograph the vacuum tubing and spade-terminal connections.

Depress the mounting-clip tab to release the old switch; disconnect tubing and terminals.

Snap the new 632547R into the bracket, seat the tubing on the 1/4″ barb, and reconnect spade leads.

Restore power and initiate a heat call; use a manometer to confirm the switch closes at approximately –0.90″ WC and opens when vacuum drops below that point.

Inspect tubing and fittings for leaks or kinks to prevent false readings and lockouts.
