Technical Specifications

Installation & Maintenance

1. Shut off gas supply and electrical power to the furnace.

2. Remove the existing SP assembly and disconnect pilot tubing.

3. Mount the hot‐surface ignitor in place of the pilot orifice and secure per instructions.

4. Install the control module in the furnace cabinet and connect all harness plugs.

5. Restore gas and power, then initiate a call for heat to verify proper ignition sequence.

6. Observe ignitor glow and flame sensor feedback; adjust flame sensor gap if needed.

7. Perform routine inspections of ignitor condition and control board connections.
