This Suburban 12‑volt time delay relay controls the blower‑start timing and post‑purge cycle in NT‑series RV furnaces. When the thermostat calls for heat, the relay delays blower startup long enough for the burner chamber to prepare for ignition. After the burner shuts off, it keeps the blower running briefly to cool the heat exchanger and safely complete the heating cycle.

A failing relay often causes symptoms like blower runs but no ignition, short cycling, or no blower delay, making this one of the most common electrical replacements in Suburban NT furnaces.
