HH12ZB180 Carrier L180-40F 3" Limit Switch

The Carrier HH12ZB180 is a genuine OEM L180-40F high-limit switch used in Carrier, Bryant, and Payne gas furnaces. This 3-inch insertion-depth limit switch opens at 180°F and automatically resets after the temperature drops by 40°F, protecting the heat exchanger from overheating caused by restricted airflow, dirty filters, blower failure, or over-firing.

This switch is the factory-authorized replacement for older Carrier rollout and high-limit switches and installs directly into standard Carrier primary limit brackets with no modifications. It maintains original furnace safety certifications and proper cycling behavior.
